Highlight every claim, example and future plan. Be ready to explain what happened, your personal contribution, the result and what you would do differently.

Prepare answer frameworks

For evidence questions, use situation, task, action, result and reflection. For opinion questions, state a position, acknowledge complexity and support your reasoning with an example.

Practise aloud

Record two mock interviews. Reduce long openings, vague claims and memorised language. Aim for structured answers that still sound conversational.

Manage the interview day

Test the platform, audio, camera and time zone. Keep your application and brief notes nearby, but do not read answers. Pause, think and ask for clarification when needed.
